How To Buy:

3-Do no transfer any money to our bank account until you had received confirmation that we had noted your order.
4-Please call or sms to our support number after payment has been made for faster account activation. Keep any deposit slip or banking transaction for proof of payment.
Retail Customers:
We accept Visa and MasterCard and process them through Stance of Muslimah.Com's own merchant account. We also accept Bank transfer,and Western Union .
For other kind of payments, such as Paypal and American Express, kindly bare with us as we are upgrading our method of payment receivable.
Wholesale Clients:
For now,we accept bank to bank money transfer or payments through Western Union for our wholesale transactions.

RM3.00**500 g contains approximately 1-6 hijabs/tudung.We ship out daily (12pm, GMT+8:00) EXCEPT non-business working day (Saturday, Sunday and public holiday based on Malaysia calendar).
For international buyer, shipping will be via Registered Air Mail. EMS Courier available upon request(additional charges applies and your contact number is required). Most of the shipment has no duties/tax. In the case if shipment is dutied by custom, the duty charges must be borne by the buyer.
International Registered Airmail shipping delivery is approximately 7-21 days to most major International centers.
Poslaju shipping usually takes 1-3 business days to the East and West Malaysia depending on destination.
Order Verification
Please note that a verification of your order is done by phone call and the order will be shipped within 3 - 5 working days from the date the verification was done.
Customs and Duties Each country has its own policy regarding customs and taxes. Stance of Muslimah.Com has no control over this, hence we cannot guarantee that your order will not be taxed neither can we predict the cost of the taxes imposed by these goverment agencies.
Privacy Contact information (like email address) that we collect from the order form and feedback form are used to send orders to our clients and to reply to their inquiries. Never do we use these information for advertisement purposes and never do we sell or share these information with any third party.
Security Stance of Muslimah.com knows that security is very important to our clients. For now we are upgrading our security system from time to time. Never do we store credit card information on our server.
Return and Exchange Stance of Muslimah.Com guarantees customer satisfaction with every purchase. We honor returns of products as long as we receive the goods within 25 days from the date that we shipped them. We assure our customers that we will make the return and exchange procedure as smooth and as convenient as possible.
- Refund Requests:
- We refund full order cost on products having manufacturing defects or damages.
- For reasons other than defects or damages, Stance of Muslimah.com will refund product cost provided we receive the items within 25 days after we have shipped them.
- Exchange Requests:
- For defective products, Stance of Muslimah.Com will replace the items and will ship back to the customer for free.
- For reasons other than defects or damages, Stance of Muslimah.Com will replace the products but the customer will pay for the re-shipping cost. Returned goods should be received within 25 days after we have shipped out the items.
In all cases, Stance of Muslimah does not pay for the shipping cost incurred by the customer in returning the product. The same principle applies when you buy from a local store. Even if the merchandise is defective, the local store will not reimburse you for the time and fuel you have spent to drive back to the store for returns nor will it send out a driver to pickup the defective merchandise.
